The nervous system is responsible for the function of every muscle, organ, tissue and gland in the body, and we can assess both the unconscioius and muscular components to ensure that your body is getting the right message from your brain. With the Insight Millennium Subluxation Station, you and the health professional assessing you can literally see the nervous system at work. The scan provides a clear image of the nervous system, illustrating, for example, how with tension there may be in your neck and shoulders, or how much balance there is in your body. As your treatment progresses at Movestrong Chiropractic and Wellness Studio, we’ll take scans of your nervous system, so you’ll be able to see how our care is benefiting you. The machine has three key scans it performs:

Thermography

Spinal temperature scan to determine imbalances in the part of the nervous system which regulates organ function.

Surface Electromyography

Measures muscular tension and balance around the spine to determine where the muscles may be over-working, and if they are providing symmetry to the spine or contorting it in a tug of war.
