Movestrong’s Founder and Director, Dr. Adam Sidenberg, is passionate about helping people help themselves. “Health is a decision you make for yourself,” he says. “At our studio, we empower people with high quality information and personalized care, so that they can make healthy decisions that benefits their life.”

As a professional chiropractor, with certified expertise in acupuncture, Trigenics, Active Release Technique and the Webster technique, Dr. Adam is a skilled clinician, who provides excellent, personalized, and gentle state of the art chiropractic care to practice members through all stages of life. He has also studied extensively in the areas of women’s health, pediatrics, sports injuries, clinical nutrition, herbs & supplements, homeopathy and self-development. In all of his work, Dr. Adam practices the MoveStrong EastStrong BreatheStrong philosophy, enabling patients to attain exceptional health, happiness and vitality.

Dr. Adam is very active in sharing his expertise with the community. He has worked with such organizations as Canadian Tire, Toronto Hydro, North York General Hospital, Toronto Police Services, TD Canada Trust, Lululemon Athletica, New Balance Toronto, Chapters, Pharmanex Canada, The Weekend To End Breast Cancer, The Bathurst Jewish Centre, Toronto District and Catholic Schools.
